Amsterdam Coffeeshop Review: Grey Area

Posted Leave a commentPosted in Cannabis Club & Dispensary Reviews

Grey Area coffeeshop in Amsterdam is one of the most popular and well established coffeeshops in the Dutch city. Recommended to me for more than 2 years by a great many of my clients and associations, Grey Area coffeeshop had always been skipped on my rounds of the shops there. In the fall of 2014 I finally visited Grey Area located at Oude Leliestraat 2, and though I really like the place for its friendly staff and excellent cannabis, there is one major flaw with this notorious Amsterdam coffeeshop that was quite surprising to me. Catalonia Parliament Passes Regulations for Cannabis Clubs

Posted 13 CommentsPosted in Marijuana News

Catalonia’s parliament took a symbolic step this fall by making regulations for cannabis clubs in the form of recommendations; but with no specific plan for implementation or enforcement. The initial proposal was laid out in June, but session talks stalled repeatedly and the resolution was not passed until early November. Meanwhile, police spent the summer investigating, raiding and ultimately closing more than 60 cannabis clubs in Barcelona. Read Full Story Here

Amsterdam Coffeeshop Review: Reefer

Posted 6 CommentsPosted in Cannabis Club & Dispensary Reviews

Coffeeshop Reefer is located at 77 Sint Antoniesbreestraat in Amsterdam. Situated near the Rembrandt Museum and close to the open air market at Waterlooplein, Coffeeshop Reefer is just outside of the red light district but still readily accessible. Surprisingly, the shop is neighbors with Bluebird Coffeeshop, but Reefer is often far less busy. However, I greatly prefer Reefer Coffeeshop to Bluebird, and this review should make it pretty clear why I think you’ll feel the same. Read Full Coffeeshop Review Here

How to Make Cannabis Oil

Posted 7 CommentsPosted in Marijuana Recipes

Learning how to make cannabis oil is simple, effective and relatively safe if you use the right equipment and take the proper safety precautions. Anyone can learn how to make cannabis oil; even people who don’t use cannabis at all. This means that if you are learning how to make cannabis oil (also called hemp oil, Rick Simpson oil and Phoenix Tears) for a loved one who is ill, you can feel confident that you can produce a fine grade oil that is safe to use and – in many cases – will significantly improve the quality of life of the individual who is responsibly using it. Amsterdam Coffeeshop Review: Voyagers

Posted 2 CommentsPosted in Cannabis Club & Dispensary Reviews

Voyagers Coffeeshop & Hotel in Amsterdam is located close to Centraal Station and the Damrak. I discovered Voyagers while walking about in Amsterdam’s famously seedy red light district and was pleased to learn that the place is both a coffeeshop and a hotel. I went to Voyagers with expectations for a simple but relaxing evening after several days of exhausting travel, but that didn’t happen. In fact, the experience was so terrible that it permeated the entire next day – even hours after I had checked out – and overall I wished I had stayed somewhere else. Marijuana Strain Review: Silvia’s Blue

Posted 2 CommentsPosted in Marijuana Strain Reviews

A finely crafted cannabis strain, Silvia’s Blue is actually phenotype #1 of LA Blue. However, Silvia’s Blue is much stronger and longer lasting than LA Blue, making it a better candidate for various medicinal uses. This strain is a hybrid consisting of Blue Dream, LA Confidential and Chocolope, with some major differences between this phenotype and the one I wrote about earlier in 2014 in this strain review. Despite a considerable time spent in development, the newness of this strain means that it is exceedingly rare, so if you find yourself suddenly able to acquire Silvia’s Blue, you should count yourself lucky. Catalonia Cannabis Club Crackdown Continues

An undercover policeman sat in the hallway of the Dragon cannabis club in Barcelona recently, posing as a tourist. When a legitimate member of the club, who for the sake of this article we’ll call “Mr. Dean,” entered the hallway and pressed the intercom button for admittance to the interior of the club, the “tourist” suddenly stood up, identified himself as a police officer and proceeded to question, badger and threaten Mr. Dean, eventually telling him that Dragon was being shut down and that he would need to go to a different club. This is just part of the continued crackdown on cannabis clubs in Barcelona. Read Full Story Here
